The digital foundation for a growing community

Scale&Grow helps entrepreneurs in the scale-up phase with knowledge, events, and a strong community. The website needed to convey that feeling well, but above all, it had to be practical to use.

The biggest challenge lay in two things. On the one hand, the team needed to be able to easily add and manage new events. On the other hand, the website had to encourage visitors to participate – for example, through a trial session or by becoming a member.

In addition, there was no clear, consistent brand identity that truly made the brand speak.

We have rebuilt the website from the ground up, with a focus on ease of use and conversion.

For the event section, we've developed a system that allows the Scale&Grow team to easily create and manage new events themselves, without needing any technical knowledge. This ensures the website is always up-to-date and requires minimal internal time.

At the front, we've structured it so that visitors quickly understand what Scale&Grow offers and what the next step is. By adding multiple clear calls to action – such as booking a trial session – it becomes easier to attract new members.

At the same time, we've developed a new corporate identity that better suits the target audience: professional, yet accessible and energetic. This style has been applied throughout the entire website, so that everything forms a cohesive whole.
